Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made as at the Effective Date between Wedding Beautiful Malaysia & Singapore (“WBMS"), wholly owned by ADAMAS WEDDINGS SDN. BHD (Company No: 813521-T) (“Adamas Weddings”) and you, whose particulars are described in the Certification Program Enrollment Form. This Agreement and any other special terms in the Certification Program Enrollment Form shall constitute the entire contract between the parties.

For avoidance of any doubt, the Effective Date of the Agreement shall be the date on which the Certification Program Enrollment Form is completed by you in accordance with the procedures therein and must be submitted by you together with payment for the costs of WBMS course fees in full.

You are advised to read the terms and conditions set out herein carefully which the terms and conditions shall be valid, binding and enforceable against you.

1. Weddings Beautiful Malaysia & Singapore
Weddings Beautiful Worldwide (“WBW”) is the registered copyright owner of ‘Weddings Beautiful Worldwide’ in the United States of America and elsewhere, providing professional certification to wedding planners and coordinators through a comprehensive, standard of excellence home-study course.

Adamas Weddings has been granted with the copyright licence from WBW for the exclusive territory in Malaysia and Singapore known as “WEDDINGS BEAUTIFUL MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE (“WBMS”)” to conduct professional certification to wedding planners and coordinators through a comprehensive, standard of excellence home-study course (“WBMS course”) and Adamas Weddings hereby offers to you the WBMS course which is subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter contained.

2. Term and Effective Date

2(a) For WBMS Home Study Program
The duration of the Home Study Program of the WBMS course shall be valid and effective for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date of the Agreement. You are given the flexibility to complete the WBMS course at any time so long as the course shall be completed within the said one (1) year period. Upon the expiration, Adamas Weddings shall cease to grade or mark any assignments submitted by you for the WBMS course.

2(b) For WBMS Course Taught in Class
The course shall be completed within the duration of the course, the final exam shall be taken in class.

3. Payment of Fees

3(a) For WBMS Home Study Program
The cost for the entire WBMS course is Ringgit Malaysia Three Thousand (RM3,000-00) only and must be paid by you in full upon enrollment for this course. No refund shall be made upon full payment.

Payment of fees to Adamas Weddings for this course will be accepted by:
cheque (payable to: ADAMAS WEDDINGS SDN. BHD.); or
bank transfer to Public Bank Account (A/C No.: 3147547102); or
credit card payment via iPay88 Multi-Currency Gateway.

3(b) For WBMS Course Taught in Class
The cost for the entire WBMS course is Ringgit Malaysia Nine Thousand Five Hundred (RM9,500-00) only and must be paid by you in full upon enrollment for this course. No refund shall be made upon full payment. Purchase of the printed materials is a MUST (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred and fifty only, RM250), Purchase of the book <“Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill> is optional, price varies). No additional discounts (such as early bird discount) will be given for payment by installment. Course materials shall only be collected by you upon receipt of payment for printed materials. Installment for payment of the course shall be received before the dateline. Upon the expiration, Adamas Weddings shall cease to grade or mark any assignments submitted by the student and stop the student from continuing the course.

Payment of fees to Adamas Weddings for this course will be accepted by:
cheque (payable to: ADAMAS WEDDINGS SDN. BHD.); or
bank transfer to Public Bank Account (A/C No.: 3147547102)

Bank in slip or other prove of transfer shall be faxed or emailed to Adamas Weddings as a prove of payment.

4. Materials
Subject to full payment of fees and upon enrollment for the WBMS course, you will receive the following:

an option to become a part of international membership network as a member of Weddings Beautiful Worldwide chargeable with membership fees of USD $119 semi-annually.
local supports in Malaysia/ Singapore
localize notes including the wedding customs, traditions in Malaysia/ Singapore etc.
invitation to the activities held in Malaysia/ Singapore for wedding professionals.

Where applicable, any workbooks for the assignment shall be delivered to you by Adamas Weddings approximately two (2) weeks upon receipt of payment for the workbooks and delivery charges.

5. Copyright
For the purpose of WBMS course, this Site, including each of its modules and any assignments or materials made available online to you, is and shall remain the copyrighted property of Adamas Weddings and/or WBW. This Site and the content provided on this Site, whether assignments or materials, shall not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, modified, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of Adamas Weddings except that you may download, display and print one copy of the materials presented on this Site strictly for your use in this course only. Unauthorized use of this Site and/or the materials contained on this Site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws. All copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices shall be retained.

6. Representation
In accordance to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you hereby represent and warrant that Adamas Weddings shall have the exclusive right of use and the license to use, reproduce, republish, upload, post, modify, transmit or distribute all or any information(s) or work(s) from the assignment(s) submitted by you to Adamas Weddings. You further represent and warrant that you have consented to Adamas Weddings for the use, reproduction, republication, uploading, posting, modification, transmission or distribution of all or any information(s) work(s) from the assignment(s) submitted. You agree to hold Adamas Weddings harmless for any claim arising out of breach of this representation or warranty.

7. Proprietary Rights Information
This Site contains and references trademarks, patents, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of Adamas Weddings and/or other parties. No license or right to or in any such trademarks, patents, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes and other proprietary rights of Adamas Weddings and/or other parties is granted to or conferred upon you. If reproduction or storage of materials obtained from this Site is found, the same shall be subject to Malaysia’s Copyright Act of 1987 or any other applicable laws. No material from the Site may be reproduced, distributed, posted, displayed, uploaded or transmitted.

8. Modifications
Adamas Weddings shall have the right at any time to change or modify these terms and conditions, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, charging additional fees and charges. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means including, but not limited to, posting online.

9. Cancellations and Refunds Policy
No refunds after payment was made.

10. Photograph(s)/ Video(s)
In accordance to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you hereby expressly agrees, consents and grant your permission that the photographs(s)/ video(s) taken by Adamas Weddings or its Vendors may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, modified, transmitted or distributed for the Adamas Weddings for its commercial reasons or use without any payment of fee for such consent and permission.

11. Discount(s)
The Early Bird Discount is only given when you pay in full upon enrollment before dateline given and is not given to payment by installment. The Cash Rebate is only given to you after the receipt of full payment by the student you introduced. Every student shall be introduced by one (1) student only. There is no limit in the quantity of Cash Rebate you can receive. You must be either a registered student or you have already completed the Course (Course Taught in Class).
